OVERVIEW

A wonderful way to learn to know and understand Milano in a short time!

Castello Sforzesco was a military fortress and the residence of Visconti and Sforza families, some of the most important and powerful in Italy throughout the medieval and renaissance age. We will walk around the castle and through its inner courtyards; visit the collection of antique art and the Sala delle Assi painted by Leonardo da Vinci and the Pietà Rondanini, the last unique work of art by Michelangelo.

The largest Italian cathedral and most important gothic style building, the Duomo di Milano started to be built thanks to the Duke of Milano Gian Galeazzo Visconti at the end of the XIV century. We will discover together the most representative building for the Milanesi, from where the Madonnina is protecting Milano and its citizens.

We will not miss the Gallery Vittorio Emanuele II, the seat of the oldest and most elegant active mall in town and Piazza Affari, the seat of the Italian stock exchange e where the famous sculpture L.O.V.E. is installed.
